How fast can someone get out for a leak?
Same day, if you call before noon. After that, we're there the next morning. The $95 after-hours dispatch fee only applies outside our core service area, and it's waived if you book the repair.
Do you cover my neighborhood?
If you're in Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, or East Vancouver, yes. Outside that, call and ask — we take on select strata jobs further out for clients we already know.
Can I just text instead of calling?
Yes, and for a leak it's often faster. A couple of photos sent by text tell our foreman more before a truck ever leaves the yard.
Is Saturday for estimates or repairs?
Estimates and inspections only. Saturday crews aren't on active job sites, so a Saturday call gets you a booking, not a same-day fix.
Can I stop by your office?
Our yard isn't set up for walk-in visits — every appointment happens at your property instead. Call or text and we'll come to you.
